The first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, held a meeting with the delegation of the Communist Party of Vietnam from the province of Quang Nam, which is visiting our country, with the aim of strengthening ties of friendship.
The Vietnamese delegation is headed by the Second Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Chairman of the People’s Council, Nguyen Duc Dung, accompanied by: Tran Nam Hung, member of the Provincial Party Bureau, vice president of the People’s Committee (Deputy Governor) of Quang Nam; Thai Viet Tuong, Director General of the Provincial Directorate of Education in Quang Nam; Phan Minh Dung, First Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee in Dien Ban, Quang Nam Province; Tran Khac Thang, deputy head of the Propaganda and Education Commission of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee; Truong Thi Hoi, deputy head of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee Office.
As well as: Dang Thi Bao Trinh, second Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in Quang Nam; Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang, Deputy Director General of the Directorate of International Relations of Quang Nam Province; Phan Thi Kieu Trang, head of the Office of the International Relations Directorate of Quang Nam Province; Le Van Tuyen, Head of the Administrative Office, Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee Office and Huynh Ngoc Thanh, Deputy Head of General and Information Affairs of Quang Nam Province.
It should be noted that in recent years there have been multiple visits by Vietnamese delegations that have met with members of the PSUV, in which different commitments were reached at the party level such as: Exchange of information and mutual support between delegations of the political parties PSUV and Communist Party of Vietnam; visit of the president of the Foreign Relations Commission of the Communist Party of Vietnam to Venezuela and selection of leaders of the Venezuelan party to train and educate themselves in party structures and mass mobilization.
During the meeting they also had the opportunity to exchange symbolic gifts, as a sign of brotherhood.
