Users upset about not being able to use their money in Nequi
Users have expressed their annoyance at the impossibility of sending or receiving money, which has generated discomfort in a population that uses the application as its main means of financial management.

The app redirects to a section that does not show the balance and features tool icons, further complicating the situation. Despite multiple complaints and growing dissatisfaction, to date, the entity has not issued a clear statement explaining the causes of these technical failures.
