Through Operation Capybara, a group of MEDUCA officials and former officials is dismantled who, according to previous investigations, are involved in a series of illegal charges for obtaining appointments within the Ministry of Education.
These are multiple raids that take place in the provinces of Panamá Oeste, Coclé, Herrera, Veraguas, Chiriquí and Bocas del Toro, which so far has a balance of seven people arrested.
Within the framework of Operation 3.0, the National Police in coordination with the Public Ministry develops Operation Capybara in search of people wanted for crimes against the Public Administration in the form of Corruption of Public Officials.
