Radio and television stations in 52 cities where the second round will take place on October 27th resumed dissemination of electoral propaganda this Friday (11th).
Until October 25th, there will be 20 minutes of daily network broadcasting for mayoral candidates, divided into two 10-minute blocks on radio and TV.
On the radio, it will be from 7am to 7:10am; and from 12pm to 12:10pm. On TV, the announcement will be in the early afternoon, from 1 pm to 1:10 pm, and in the evening, from 8:30 pm to 8:40 pm.
In addition, 25 minutes will be allocated in daily insertions of 30 and 60 seconds, from Monday to Sunday, between 5 am and midnight.
The advertising time on the network and through insertions is divided equally between the candidates’ parties, federations or coalitions. It starts with the candidate with the highest number of votes in the first round, with the order alternating for each block program or insertion broadcast.
But several propaganda activities could already be resumed 24 hours after the end of the first round, such as the street campaign with loudspeakers, rallies and electoral propaganda on the internet, in addition to paid advertising in the written press
