Community Councils of Nueva Esparta contribute ideas to consolidate the Revolution

More than 300 spokespersons from various communal councils of the Marcano municipality in the state of Nueva Esparta gathered at the UE Antonio Díaz to participate in an assembly of the Congress of the Historical Block, convened by President Nicolás Maduro.

During this assembly, key proposals were raised to advance the seven transformations necessary to strengthen the revolutionary process, as stated by the mayor of the jurisdiction, Yul Armas.

“People have made constructive criticism, but they are also preparing for the revival and advancement of the revolution. They recognize that there have been failures, but they also see a brave president who has resisted the blockade and sanctions. The solution to their problems is the people, and that is thanks to the fact that it is built in revolution,” said Armas.

For his part, Enrique González, community spokesperson for the Vicuña Vieja sector, highlighted the importance of dialogue: “There was a raw discussion, telling us things, proposing needs that we have, but also making proposals on how to achieve that. President Nicolás Maduro has summoned generations that have both the impetus to make changes and the necessary experience.”

During the debate, the need to strengthen communal power and move towards a communal state was emphasized, reaffirming the people’s commitment to building a better future.
