1. You must be a Colombian national.
2. You must have resided in Colombia for the last 10 years.

5. Be at least three years younger than the age required to receive an old-age pension. This means being 52 years or older for women and 57 years or older for men.

1. Death of the beneficiary.
2. Receive a pension.
3. Verification of falsehood in the information provided.
4. Four consecutive program payments were not collected.
5. Voluntary withdrawal.

Interested people can apply for the subsidy through their local municipalities. The necessary documents include:
1. Identification of original citizenship.
2. Form complete application form.
