A Cuban is murdered in the state of Tlaxcala, Mexico

SAN LUIS POTOSÍ, Mexico.- A Cuban 48-year-old was shot to death in the state of Tlaxcala, Mexico, on Monday, October 7, according to reports sources Cuban government and media premises Mexicans.
