Miss Bolivia 2024, Juliana Barrientos, creates polish to detect adulterated drinks after being on the brink of death

Juliana Barrientos, Miss Bolivia 2024, recently shared on his social networks a shocking story about an incident that he experienced when he was 19 years old when he ingested an adulterated drinkwhich left her unconscious and on the verge of death.

This episode marked a turning point in her life, and now, as she prepares to represent Bolivia in the Miss Universe pageant, she has decided to use her experience and his training as a pharmacistto create a product that helps prevent similar situations.

“When I was 19 years old I drank a drink that was adulterated, two days later I woke up in a hospital, he had been unconscious“From sleep to coma the line is very thin, it was such a high dose that I almost lost my life,” said the beauty queen.

Barrientos is working on the development of a nail polish that, when you dip a finger in a drink, it changes color if detects dangerous or adulterated substances. This innovative project will be presented as part of its participation in the Miss Universe.

“Together with my profession and my knowledge, in a laboratory in Bolivia we are creating a nail polishyou put your finger in your drink, and if the drink has foreign substances, it changes color.
