In the context of the National Congress of the Historical Block, this Wednesday, the ministries that comprise the Sectoral Vice Presidency of Services and Public Works debated their proposals in an assembly that brought together the officials of this sector in Laguito, in Caracas.
During his participation in the event, the General Coordinator of Congress, Ricardo Menéndez, assured that “the ministries of this Vice Presidency are configuring their Concrete Action Agenda (ACA) and are designing public policies anchored in the territory and in the well-being of the people. ”, reported a press release.
Likewise, Menéndez reported that up to this moment 51 thousand assemblies have been held and going from the 60 thousand proposals uploaded based on the ACA, “proposing the highest level of precision and in the development of the work”, as well as, he reiterated to everyone all to upload their proposals on the platform http://congresodelblockhistorico.mppp.gob.ve.
“A good part of the proposals that have been loaded into the system have to do with public services and here comes how to have the possibility of designing a kind of public policy system combos to propose to the President of the Republic in the Congress of the Historical Block ”said the Sectoral Vice President of Planning.
The Minister of Planning also highlighted that a fundamental issue in Congress is “the scale of the Communal, of the Communal Circuits, as an epicenter of development, of the transformation of the State”, in turn, he announced that the Base Assemblies will be held until October 15, although the uploading of proposals can be done later.
For his part, the Sectoral Vice President of Public Works and Services, G/D Jorge Márquez, stated that in this fruitful day they are establishing the Concrete Action Agenda for this sector “to present our work plan in the short, medium and long term and to be able present to our President Nicolás Maduro a document to take our country on the path of growth and development.”
