We have a very significant number of presence, we have practically no change of ballot box, which is a normal situation, 0.3% of ballot boxes replaced by other ballot boxes”, he stated, at a press conference at the Electoral Disclosure Center, at the TSE.
The minister reported that the fear that voters in the Northern Region would have difficulty reaching the polls, due to dry rivers, was not confirmed.
“What we feared, especially in the North, due to the lack of roads, has not been confirmed. We managed to get voters to turn out,” he said.
