Cristo Redentor Pass: what will the Chile – Argentina crossing be like this October 6

Los Libertadores Pass: how long will the crossing to Chile be closed?

He Christ the Redeemer Pass, one of the most important border crossings between Chile and Argentina, will once again be the protagonist of long waits this October 6 due to the increase in vehicle flow and the meteorological complications expected for the weekend.

According to the authorities of the Cristo Redentor Integrated System (SIRC), vehicles heading towards Argentina or Chile will have to face a wait of between 4 and 5 hours to complete customs procedures at the Los Libertadores Complex, something that has already become recurrent since the Argentine devaluation in December.
