According to the authorities of the Cristo Redentor Integrated System (SIRC), vehicles heading towards Argentina or Chile will have to face a wait of between 4 and 5 hours to complete customs procedures at the Los Libertadores Complex, something that has already become recurrent since the Argentine devaluation in December.
The main problem is at Chilean customs, where the 14 vehicle control booths are not enough to speed up the process.
