WHO IS ROBERTO CHIABRA?

That day he also proposed another constitutional reform project that modifies two articles of the Magna Carta specifying the intangible nature of real estate owned, affected in use and in possession of the institutes of the Armed Forces. Both projects were referred to the Constitution Commission.

He has a degree in Military Sciences from the “Coronel Francisco Bolognesi” Military School of Chorrillos, graduating in 2012. In April 2024, through their social networks announced his presidential candidacy for the year 2026. “I will be a presidential candidate in 2026 and I am not going to let you down. It is time for us in Peru to take things seriously and move from chance and good luck to planning, objectives and deadlines,” he wrote that time on his X account.
