The National Police arrest a woman in the district of Changuinola, who is allegedly related to the disappearance of the 5-year-old minor Valery Palacio.
The arrest of the person listed as the mother of the missing minor occurred on Avenida 17 de Abril, and she was taken to the judicial authorities of the Public Ministry.
The arrest notice indicates the alleged commission of crimes against life and personal integrity in the form of missing persons, abandonment of children and other persons incapable of ensuring their safety or health, against freedom and against the legal, family and the Civil Status in its form of Child Abuse.
The minor, Valery Palacio, was reported missing on September 26, leading to the activation of the Amber Alert. It has not yet been located, so the collaboration of the general population is requested with information that allows the location and recovery of the girl.
