Likewise, he indicated that the Government of Santa Cruz has mobilized 1,045 forest firefighters, including municipal, volunteers, rescuers, community and park rangers, who are on the front line carrying out fire control and mitigation work.
The official added that, with its own resources,
59 tons of humanitarian assistance have been sent to 11 affected municipalities due to forest fires.has been sent 35.8 tons of humanitarian aid of non-perishable food, between water and hydrating drinks thanks to donations from companies, institutions and supportive people who sent their donation to the COED facilities.
