Furthermore, article 21 would establish that public security institutions act with a gender perspectivewhile article 41 will guarantee gender parity in federal and state cabinets.

Creation of the Women’s Rights Booklet
On the other hand, the creation of the Drafting Commission for the Women’s Rights Booklet was announced, which is made up of Angela Guerrero Alcantara, Karla Michel Salas Ramirez, Phryne Salguero and Frida Hyadi Díaz González.
“We want to distribute a booklet of women’s rights to all people and, in fact, they should also be for men and women.
