The National Police and the Armed Forces will be present, ensuring the operation of the transport vehicles. The minister asks that these be carried out peacefully, avoiding acts of vandalism and confrontations with the authorities.

“There is a small group of drivers and conductors who, concerned about the public safety problem, are planning to go on strike tomorrow. However, most of the business and transport unions have indicated that they will go out to work tomorrow, which we appreciate,” pointed out the head of the TCM.

The minister stated that, although the transport strike could take place at the national level this Thursday, the majority of the union will continue with its activities. He indicated that the Police and the Armed Forces will ensure the safety of those who decide to work during the day.
