The Primero Justicia party spoke out this Wednesday, October 2, on the arbitrary detention by the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (Sebin) of the mayor of Maracaibo, Rafael Ramírez Colina, rejecting the kidnapping of the mayor and other officials on the afternoon of Tuesday, October 1 October “when he was carrying out duties inherent to the position.”

The Bolivarian National Intelligence Service detained the mayor of Maracaibo (Zulia state), Rafael Ramírez Colina, his security director and other workers on the night of this Tuesday, October 1.
