The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, denounced this Monday that for the first time in history from the headquarters of the United Nations (UN), bombings were ordered against cities inhabited by thousands of people and hundreds of people were murdered. “That order came from New York and the world is silent.”
He regretted that the United Nations (UN) has entered a vacuum and a process of wear and tear.
“I told Secretary General Antonio Guterres during a telephone conversation that unfortunately fundamental spokespersons, fundamental positions in the United Nations end up playing against peace and end up playing against the interests of the people of the world.”
This statement was made by the head of State from the spaces of the National Art Gallery (GAN) from where he broadcast his program Con Maduro+ number 59 and carried out an analysis of the development of the 79th period of sessions of the United Nations General Assembly that It takes place in New York.
The national leader stated that it has been several years since the southern countries “question the United Nations, because the decision-making bodies of the United Nations are vetoed, tied, I would say colonized.”
Colonization of Arab peoples
Maduro described the actions of the North American empire against Russia as “crazy time” and wants to use Ukraine to bomb Russia. “The crazy hour is that the empire unleashed itself against Russia (…) It unleashed itself against China and is arming Taiwan to set up a war front against China and Asia (…).
In this order of ideas, Maduro pointed out that there is a project of domination and colonization of the Muslim Arab world and the Middle East, to control energy sources.
Likewise, Maduro affirmed that the US has unleashed itself and is providing weapons so that Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu can completely destroy, “first Gaza by bombing, murdering (…) And now Lebanon. They already tried to destroy Syria, they destroyed Libya, Iraq (…) It is a war against the Arab peoples and Muslim peoples.”
He stated that the US unleashed a war to colonize the entire so-called Middle East “What is behind this offensive against Palestine, against Syria, the threats against Iran, the criminal attacks against Yemen and the attempt to conquer the people of Lebanon? There is a process of naming and colonization of the Arab, Muslim and Middle Eastern world.”
He denounced that they are testing cutting-edge weapons to intimidate the world and here in the region “María Corina Machado, Javier Milei, Bukele and all that Latin American right that is also Zionist supporting the massacre of the Arab people.”
In this regard, he pointed out that the fight from Venezuela with a firm and clear voice is becoming increasingly important.
Twilight of imperial decline
