Four people died and two others were injured in accidents of transit that occurred on Sunday in the Northeast of the country. Two of the dead were pedestrians who were hit by a car and a motorcycle.
One of the victims is José Rivera Montaño, 46 years oldwho died yesterday afternoon when the motorcycle cylinder that was driving against one of the railings that protect the sides of the dual carriageway of the Northeast, a few meters from the Guaraguao toll, in the Villa Riva municipality, Duarte province.
The deceased was driving a motor along with a group of motorcyclists returning from Las Terrenas to San Pedro de Macorís.
In San Francisco de Macorís died Juan José Castaños, about 62 years old on Libertad Avenue, attacked by a motorcycle driven by a young man, only identified as Daian, who was seriously injured along with his companion, mentioned as Fredy.
In another fact, Ramona Reyes died by being rolled over by a vehicle on Sunday night on the Nagua-San Franciscospecifically in the community Artibonitefrom the Villa Riva municipality.
The victim was walking home when she was hit by the vehicle. According to what was explained, the driver lost control after a tire exploded.

Yesterday morning a young man lost his life after colliding with a wall in the car that was traveling along the stretch of road Cabrera-Nagua.
