There were nineteen crew members on board the vessel: 18 Ecuadorians and one Venezuelan, who were placed at the disposal of the Headquarters of the Deconcentrated Unit for Environmental Protection of Tumbes, the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office Specialized in Environmental Matters and the General Directorate of Supervision of the Ministry of Production.
