Santo Domingo.- The Permanent Attention Office of the National District postponed the hearing of the request for a coercive measure against Rafael Ynoa Santana, alias El Cojo, Pocho or El Don, and other defendants in the international drug trafficking network, linked to criminal organizations, dismantled through Operation Búfalo NK.

Judge Rigoberto Sena set the hearing for next Wednesday, October 2, so that the new lawyers who assume the defense of three of the accused become aware of the file and prepare their means of defense.

Until then, Rafael Ynoa Santana, Isidoro Rotestan Clase, alias el Men, Juan Bolívar Hernández, Juan Antonio Toribio, Juan Henríquez Tavárez, Seriano Núñez Pichardo, Germania Mercedes Natalia Román, Maritza Flete Santana, Robert Nicolás Aosta Adames and Cristian Esteban Alcántara Javier, They will remain held in the preventive prison of the Ciudada Nueva Courthouse.
