“For me, this situation has been a mockery and meant expenses for more than 300 thousand pesos“said Ortiz Núñez, who explained that he was able to complete that sum thanks to donations from family members.
“They were not given the therapies that I needed. The girl was neglected during that time, without receiving the early stimulation that, due to her condition, she required,” he added with a broken voice.
The report prepared by the center was presented as evidence before the judges Arlin Ventura JiménezLeticia Martínez Noboa and Evelyn Rodríguez del Third Collegiate Court of the National District.
