The employees administrative of the Public ministry They are upset after last Friday they received with surprise the news of the salary increase with which prosecutors and attorneys were favored, without them being taken into account.
The administrative collaborators who have externalized the complaint, anonymously, so that the media can echo their discontent, consider that the action of the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) is discriminatory.
They assure that they, as auxiliaries of the Public ministry, they carry out important work and that, in many cases, also requires them to be working in offices outside of their hours, in addition to weekends. They demand that they too deserve to be better paid.
They ask the Attorney General of the Republic, Miriam Germán Brito, to take them into account, since they assure that there are collaborators who have been providing their services to the institution for decades and charging salaries impoverished

In January of this year, the Attorney General of the Republic, Miriam Germán Brito, announced a salary readjustment and a new compensation policy that, for this year 2022, represents an amount of 919.1 million pesos, contemplated in the budget of the institution.
In a press release, the Attorney General’s Office explained that the measure was taken to “improve the working conditions of the employees of the Public ministry and to start paying off a historical debt with these servers”.
Although the attorney was precise in reporting that the salary readjustment and the new compensation policy were focused on standardizing the salaries of the “members of the race of the Public ministry”, according to the positions they occupy.
Another piece of information that the press release specifies is that all the collaborators of the Public ministry would be given an “Annual Bonus for members already employees administrative Public ministry”. Instead of December, this bonus will be delivered from March 9 of the current year.
