According to the official media Cubadebate, Ramiro Valdés Menéndez, deputy prime minister of Cuba, went to the hospital institution where the wounded are being treated, although it was not specified which hospital it was.
The Turkish swamps are equipped with electricity generators and have been one of the emergency alternatives to the energy crisis.
Since 2018, these services have been used mainly from the Turkish company Karpowership, to increase energy capacity. However, this has not reduced the blackouts.
