What is missing is to create conditions for access to food,” said Lula in his speech on Tuesday (24). “The Global Alliance against Hunger and Poverty, which we will launch in Rio de Janeiro in November, is born from this political will and this spirit of solidarity. It will be one of the main results of the Brazilian presidency of the G20 and is open to all countries in the world,” he added.
