New York.- President Luis Abinader will speak this Wednesday before the United Nations General Assembly and will participate in a reception offered by the President of the United States, Joe Biden, to the heads of state and government participating in this event.
These activities are part of the activities that the Head of State is carrying out from this Sunday, September 22 to 26 in New York as part of his participation in the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UN) and in the UN Future Summit.
President Abinader’s main speech is scheduled for 11:00 a.m., depending on the time available for those who precede him on the day’s agenda.
Following his participation in the General Assembly, the Dominican president will complete an agenda of bilateral meetings with important figures who are in New York for the conclave.
At 5:30 p.m., the head of state will be a guest of the President of the United States, Joe Biden, at a reception with the other leaders participating in the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UN) and the UN Future Summit.
On Thursday, Abinader will have other commitments before his departure to Santo Domingo, where he will arrive in the evening.
