In an effort to ensure the safety and peace of mind of citizens, the Directorate of Investigations of Vehicle Robbery and Theft of the Cicpc, carries out a deployment in Las Mercedes, Baruta municipality (Miranda).
The operation was led by the director of CICPC, Douglas Rico, together with other directors of divisions of the scientific police, mobilized to reduce the crime rate in the aforementioned area and its surroundings.
“The main objective of the deployment is to ensure the peace and security of the inhabitants of Las Mercedes, reinforcing the police presence in every corner of the capital city. ‘Zero truce to the underworld’ is the motto that guides this operation, seeking to minimize any criminal activity and ensure a safer environment for our people,” explained Douglas Rico, through the Instagram account.
Rico reiterated the Cicpc’s commitment to maintain the surveillance and protection of citizens, working tirelessly to guarantee their property.
