The National Commission for the “Yes” to the repeal of 135 articles of the Urgent Consideration Law (LUC) reported that on March 12 it will hold an artistic show at the Centenario Stadium, as part of the campaign for the referendum on March 27. March.
The member of the Command for the “Yes” and leader of the National Federation of Secondary Education Teachers (FENAPES), José Olivera, questioned the management of the official campaign in defense of the LUC carried out by the supporters of the “No” to the repeal.
Olivera criticized the government, because in his opinion they are “using the money of all Uruguayans to carry out the campaign from the State itself.”
“We have seen how they have circulated around the country with money from all Uruguayan men and women campaigning for the ‘No’ election and that is not fair in a democratic system where many times we have been prohibited from some resources that would have made it possible to define plus our proposals and our postulates”, denounced the union leader.
