The initiative seeks the implementation of exceptional measures to facilitate the Financial reintegration of small agricultural producers, both individual and associated, who face difficulties with overdue credits and are currently undergoing judicial or extrajudicial collection processes.
The head of Parliament stressed that the law is the result of the joint work of the parties represented in Congress. He added that The new Agrarian Law will not be drafted “in a cabinet”, but will collect the concerns and demands of “farmers and ranchers” and anyone who has to do with agricultural activity.
