The Commission Researcher of Aircraft Accidents (CIAA) will be in charge of investigating the accident that occurred in the municipality MonctionSantiago province Rodriguezwhere two people were injured after falling helicopter in which they were traveling.
According to Emmanuel Soufrontt Tamayo, president of the CIAAthe research seeks to know the causes that caused the accident.
Soufrontt Tamayo stated that during the accident, Roxanna Rodriguezwife of pilot Irvin Crespo, suffered blows to different parts of her body.
“We visited them at the medical centre in Mao, Valverde, where they were taken and they are in very good spirits. They have no visible bruises, thank God they came out unharmed from this unfortunate event,” he stressed.
He also indicated that until the work is completed, research of the fact could not offer any details about the causes that caused the aircraft accident that occurred this Saturday in the municipality of Monction.
