The Dominican Institute of Meteorology (INDOMET), reported that for this Saturday, during the early morning hours, some showers and possible thunderstorms are expected in Sánchez Ramírez, Duarte, María Trinidad Sánchez and Samaná, and then a sky with few clouds and sunny during the morning.

In the afternoon and early evening, there will be developments cloudy with showers, thunderstorms and gusts of wind towards the northwest, northeast, Central Mountain Range and the border area, especially La Vega, Santiago, Elías Piña, Azua, San Juan, Dajabón, Santiago Rodríguez, Puerto Plata, Valverde, Monte Cristí and other nearby areas.

However, on Sunday, the east/southeast wind will enter humidity from the Caribbean Sea, generating local showers and isolated thunderstorms from the morning hours over some points of the Caribbean coastal line.

While in the afternoon, there will be increasing cloudiness with showersthunderstorms and gusts of wind, especially in La Altagracia, La Romana, El Seibo, Hato Mayor, Monte Plata, Santiago, La Vega, San José de Ocoa, Puerto Plata, Valverde, Santiago Rodríguez, Dajabón, Elías Piña and Monte Cristi. While in the rest of the localities, there will be scattered clouds, hot weather and little rain.
