Santo Domingo.- The former senator of the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD), and vice president of the Dominican Senate Aristides Victoria Yebwas appointed this Friday by President Luis Abinader as a member of the Board of Directors of the Reserve Bank of the Dominican Republic.
The measure is contained in decree 555-24, announced in a statement by the Presidency.
Victoria Yeb was in the Senate from August 16, 2010 until the same date in 2020, for the now opposition PLD, previously she was Deputy Minister of the Interior and Police from 2004 to 2006 and was governor of the María Trinidad Sánchez province from 2006-2010.
