He Institute of Administration Public (Inap) and the National Council for Children and Adolescents (Conani) signed an agreement that seeks to strengthen the capacities of the servers of the public sector involved in the care of children and adolescents in the country.
This agreement establishes a framework for collaboration between both institutions for the design, development and execution of programs training specialized. Through this alliance, we seek to ensure that the servers public services have the necessary tools and knowledge to provide efficient and quality services.
During the signing agreement, the general director of Inap, Cristian Sánchez, highlighted the importance of this initiative and assured that they are working hard to consolidate the modernization and transformation of public administration in the country.
“This agreement that we are facing today to sign It is enriching, (…) it represents a significant step towards professionalization of the servers public, aligned to the profile and functions that they are really providing to citizens, with these trainings we guarantee that from the Conani services continue to be cultivated excellence to Dominican children and adolescents,” said Sánchez Reyes, according to a press release.
For her part, the executive president of the ConaniLigia Pérez Peña expressed her satisfaction with the formalization of this alliance with Inap, since institutions with well-trained and strengthened personnel are the ones that can move forward and move towards achieving their objectives.
“He Conaniin recent years, has shown signs of this path towards institutionality and articulation with other institutions in order to respond to the needs and requirements of the population, which expects a lot from us, especially one as vulnerable as that made up of children and adolescents,” he said.
