Santo Domingo.- President Luis Abinader issued decree 540-24, by which he appoints the Vice President of the Republic, Rachel Pena Rodriguezas president of the Education Cabinet.
To this end, numeral 1 of paragraph I of article 4 of Decree No. 117-21, of February 22, 2021, is amended.
In the same decree, the president appointed Joel Adrián Santos Echavarría as president of the Electric Sector Cabinet.

Article 3 of the aforementioned decree establishes that Article 1 of Decree No. 594-22, of October 11, 2022, is repealed.
