Dominican companies will accelerate digital adoption with AI

Santo Domingo. – Ricoh Dominicana and Dell Technologies have joined forces to provide the Dominican market with comprehensive technological solutions that allow the use of hardware, accessories, software, maintenance, support services and updates “as a service” (As-a-Service).

“Ricoh and Dell have the experience, reach, and levels of on-site and remote technical service to ensure that businesses achieve their business objectives in today’s digital workspaces. This alliance is part of our commitment to accelerate digital adoption, with a complete value proposition of devices and managed IT services whose sole purpose is to increase business productivity and profitability,” explained Ismael Castillo, Country Manager of Ricoh Dominicana, during the event titled: “How to transform IT costs into savings and efficiencies with Ricoh Device as a Service” held by Ricoh Dominicana together with Dell Technologies and attended by more than 30 companies from different sectors.

International reports predict that by 2025, one in three devices sold to companies will be integrated into a DaaS (Device as a Service) solution, which guarantees updates, cybersecurity and replacements. A new model that, according to the consultancy Grand View Research, will make the global DaaS market grow from $126.79 billion in 2023 to $757.17 billion in 2030, representing a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 29% over the next seven years.
