The deputy to the National Assembly (AN), Ángel Rodríguez, urged all Venezuelans of any political ideology to consolidate the climate of peace and tranquility with the objective of guaranteeing the well-being and economic development of the nation, and that is why the unification of all sectors that make life in the country is important.
During an interview on the program “Café en la Mañana” (Coffee in the Morning), broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), the parliamentarian referred to condemning the continued acts of violence by the extremist opposition through the destabilization plans outlined by the Vice President of the Policy, Citizen Security and Peace sector, Diosdado Cabello, in the Legislative Branch.
“One of the variables that allows the development of any project or economic activity is tranquility and peace, as well as the political stability of the country, consequently, we have achieved this despite all the siege from abroad and the extreme Venezuelan opposition,” stressed Deputy Rodríguez, who also maintained that there is a serious and democratic Venezuelan opposition that wants peace in the nation.
“I believe that the democratic opposition in the National Assembly has played an important role in political and national stability. These people are there and have a social base and we have observed them, given that they are against the sanctions that affect the people of Venezuela,” he said.
