Four men were killed during clashes with police and military forces, according to reports.
In Cabimas (Zulia), Cicpc agents tried to arrest two men accused of participating in a triple homicide, but they fled when they saw the police commissioners, leading to armed clashes, according to the version of the scientific police.
In the Simón Mesa sector, in the municipality of Santa Rita (Zulia), Mario José Butrón Nava (El Mario) was shot dead after confronting officers with a firearm.
And in La Recta Los Guajiros, Altagracia parish, Miranda municipality (Los Puertos de Altagracia), Zulia state, CICPC agents identified Carlos Guillermo Rodríguez Romero (El Chueco), who was riding a motorcycle from where he started an exchange of gunfire with a revolver. He was shot down in those circumstances.
These two people were members of the criminal gang El Huérfano, who in recent days murdered three people because they refused to pay the vaccine. In that case, the deceased are identified as Carlos Javier Colina Colina (19), Leonel José Peralta (34) and Juan Pablo Olivares Romero (58).
Also in Zulia, but in the Las Trinitarias sector, Maracaibo municipality, a confrontation took place where a subject identified as Manuel Fernández García (El Padrecito) was killed.
A Smith & Wesson .38 caliber revolver was seized at the scene, according to a report from Detachment 111 of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB).
Another procedure with a fatality took place in the La Paragüita sector, Juan José Mora municipality, Carabobo state, where military agents confronted members of the La Charneca criminal gang.
In that fight, a member of the aforementioned criminal group identified as Dennis Rafael del Valle Rojas Guzmán (Camito) was killed. At the time, he was in possession of a Lorcin 380 pistol, which was seized, according to a report from Detachment 412 of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB).
