Officers from the Municipal Police of Lagunillas in the state of Zulia arrested a man for the alleged crime of displaying child pornography.
The suspect was identified by the initials EESE (56). He was arrested in Carabobo de Lagunillas field in the afternoon of this Saturday, September 14, 2024 by officers of the Criminal Investigation Service.
Police officers were alerted about this illegal act through an anonymous complaint, so they immediately went to the aforementioned place to make the relevant inquiries.
The Polilagunillas officers approached the accused and found audiovisual content of child pornography on his cell phone showing minors in his environment.
The citizen’s cell phone was also seized during the procedure.
The man remains detained in the Polilagunillas Safekeeping and Guarantee Room and will be presented before the Forty-Third Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry, Cabimas extension in the state of Zulia.
