To facilitate disbursements in the stock market, there are applications and digital platforms that allow for increased participation by more people and help increase liquidity in the market. In this regard, the Superintendency of the Securities Market (SMV) explained that these systems are part of the services that any Stock Brokerage Firm (SAB) can provide and are part of the so-called Direct Market Access (ADM).
There are six intermediaries in the market that offer these services, including Credicorp Capital SAB, Grupo Coril SAB, Kallpa Securities SAB /Trii, Renta 4 SAB, Seminario & Cía. SAB, and Divitrader.
“The use of these platforms has become an important means in the local stock market to increase investments in the BVL, allowing it to attract mainly natural person investors, attracted by the facilities offered by these tools, and enabling them to opt for more and better investment alternatives as well as diversify their portfolios,” explained the SMV.
He also explained that although it is not possible to quantify how many more platforms may be developed in the future, he did indicate that the use of this tool must come hand in hand with adequate information about the operating system of the applications and the stock market in general.
It should be noted that before accessing these apps, it is first necessary to become a client of a SAB that has ADM and then define what the investment strategy is. The latter works to make money profitable and reduce the risks inherent to the market.
