This Friday, the People’s Power of the state of Apure debated in an assembly the vision of the state of Apure in 30 years, “how we dream that Apure will be in 30 years, what the conception of the Orinoco-Apure axis will be in 30 years,” within the framework of the National Congress of the Historical Block.
This was stated by the Vice President of the Planning Sector and General Coordinator of the Congress, Ricardo Menéndez, during his participation in this debate that brought together the 5 generations and 7 forces that make life in the plains entity, according to a press release.
“We believe that this will be the epicenter of forestry development, of productive units, of the different producers, of our indigenous peoples, that is, the opportunity to dream big, in the future,” added Menéndez.
He also pointed out that the President of the Republic also calls on our people to debate and build a Concrete Action Agenda of the 7T, “built from what the people say, the Community assemblies, the Communal Circuits, where there is a space for territorialization of the revolutionary government to build the Venezuela of the Future.”
He stressed that an important topic that will be discussed in the four waves that make up the Congress of the Historical Block is the fight against fascism, “the state of Apure knows a lot about wanting to sabotage, wanting to generate, infiltrate violence in the development of our country, even attacking the sovereignty of our territory.”
He also reiterated that “all generations are expressed here, the different conceptions of development of our country and above all the hope that there is for the start at this time of the Base Assemblies, through the Communes, then the Commune, the communal circuits, and then from the point of view of the state, and finally the plenary.”
In Guárico, popular power started the debate
This Wednesday, the Base Assemblies for the Congress of the Historic, Bolivarian, Popular, Chavista and Socialist Bloc of Venezuela for the 21st Century began in the state of Guárico.
During his participation in this Meeting, the Vice President of Planning and General Coordinator of the Congress, Ricardo Menéndez, expressed that “this is not just another task, but rather one of the fundamental elements of another historical stage, the deepening of the Bolivarian Revolution,” according to a press release.
Go to the Commune
In this regard, Menéndez reiterated that the debate during the Congress of the Historical Block will be in three waves, starting with the Base Assemblies that are being held this week.
“Resorting to the highest level of disaggregation of the organizational form that exists there, in the general case corresponds to the Communities,” he said.
Systematize the proposals
He pointed out that, “later come the Communal Circuits and Communes, then we go to concentration spaces in the states and then the national plenary”, in turn, he reported that the assemblies will have three moments, the first will be the political-ideological “the Revolution in the present and in the future”, the second will be the landing of the 7T Plan, the creation of the ACA in the territories and the last, the Revolutionary transformation of the State.

Guárico is present at the Congress of the Historical Block
For his part, the governor of the state of Guárico, José Vásquez, stated that “the president called for the Congress of the Historical Block, where the 5 generations and the 7 forces will have the programmatic vision of the territory”, and announced that the state of Guárico will debate the Venezuela of the next 30 years.
For his part, Salvador Tavera of the Genius Generation said he felt happy and grateful as a young person for the debate to which President Nicolás Maduro has called them with a focus on the future “to build a powerful Venezuela, which is what we have been and are destined to be since the times of our liberator Simon Bolivar.”
Sara Tavera, from the Genius Generation, highlighted the role of youth in this Congress, “we are the guarantee that it will not be just 25 years of Revolution, but 50 years, that there is a Revolution for that, we are heading towards transformations.”
Finally, Congresswoman Gabriela Peña said that “the call made by President Nicolás Maduro to participate in this Congress of the historic bloc to debate the 7 Transformations is fundamental.”
