A complaint for the alleged crime of rape against a minor under 13 years of age is investigated by effective of the Criminal Investigation Operational Center (Depincri) of the city of Tacna.

The victim was found by police personnel from the Ciudad Nueva police station when she was walking down the street completely disoriented. After recovering from the strong trauma she filed the complaint.
Assault occurred in Committee 4
From police sources it was learned that the sexual assault would have occurred inside the lodging called “Alexander”, which is located in Committee 4 of the northern cone district.

The officers referred the case to the Criminal Investigation Department (Depincri). The specialized unit began the proceedings to find the whereabouts of the alleged aggressor. He also went to the lodging where the minor indicates that the attack occurred on Saturday, February 19.
