The National Police dismantled the criminal gang Los Pulpines de San Carlos, made up of four young people, who beat two young people to take their cell phones. The incident occurred in the province of Huancayo.

The young Tamara Cerna (19) reported that she was intercepted by a group of four men while she was walking along Av. San Carlos in Huancayo, when one of the men named PHG (16) punched her in the nose, leaving her unconscious on the pavement, this moment was taken advantage of by the group to steal her cell phone.

The victim’s friend, Jhon Eduardo (19), was also attacked while he was helping his friend and they tried to take his cell phone. The detainees were identified as Adrián Carlos Palomino López (18), Jhosep Jheferson Inga Hormanza (18) and the minors P.HC.G (16) and CLES (17).
