42% of companies plan to increase their staff

42% of the companies in it Peru plans to increase its staff for the last quarter of the year, revealed the latest Employment Outlook Survey of ManpowerGroup.

According to the data, 37% of employers do not plan to make changes to their payroll, while 17% will decide to reduce their list of employees.

The survey, which was conducted in eight regions and nine key economic sectors, found that large companies, those with between 1,000 and nearly 5,000 employees, will be the ones leading hiring intentions by the end of 2024, with a growth of 36%.

As for micro and small businesses, that is, those with between 10 and 49 employees, they also report positive prospects with a 35% growth.

ManpowerGroup also revealed that the sectors with the highest hiring volume in the next three months are Banking and Real Estate, Communication Services, Transportation, Logistics and Automotive.

On the other hand, he pointed out that by regions, Lima, La Libertad and Piura are those with the best intentions to have new staff.
