The report establishes that the sector with the highest amount to be clarified are the entities that converge in an economic group, since in total they must clarify 13,141 million pesos, being Agriculture and Rural Development, the sector that presents the most observations for just over 9,000 million pesos .
In the case of social sector dependencies, the possible damage to the treasury detected is 7,356 million pesos, with the largest amount being in Health, where 2,750 million pesos are pending clarification, followed by the resources allocated to contributions for the Social Security with 1,695 million pesos and Welfare with 1,230 million pesos.
… And the states 39,000 million pesos
The ASF reported that the states have yet to verify 39.565 million pesos that they received from the federal government in 2020, according to their third and last delivery to the review of the Public Account of that year.
After the audits carried out on the state and local governments, the ASF determined that there were at least 41,395 million pesos that required verification or clarification due to various irregularities. Of that amount, the states have been able to account for only 1,830 million so far, equivalent to 4.4% of the total questioned.
