Colombia also intends to advance in the Andean Community Interoperability (Intercom) so that entities involved in foreign trade operations in the four countries can exchange virtually and in real time at least three of the five documents that make up the program: Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Single Customs Document, Andean Value Document and Mandatory Sanitary Notification.
