A partially burned corpse was found on the corner of Curamichate, next to the Nuevo Circo passenger terminal in Caracas, according to police sources.
Caracas police officers arrived at the scene in response to calls from passersby and found the body, stripped of clothing, amid scattered rubbish.
Due to the position of the body, the person was placed with his arms behind his back before being killed.
Police officers reported the news to the CICPC, whose agents went to the site and proceeded to remove the body and take it to the Bello Monte Morgue.
