The incident occurred on Saturday afternoon near Marañón Avenue, in the Taparachi development, sector 3, in the city of Juliaca.

The security guards and police arrived at the scene after receiving a call from the neighbors. There they found a 90-year-old man, identified as Severino Palli Quispe, lying face down and with no vital signs.
Witnesses said the elderly man fell from the third floor of his home. Relatives arrived at the scene and said that Palli Quispe lived alone with his pet (dog).
This unfortunate event has shocked the residents of Taparachi, who expressed their condolences to the victim’s family.
Other residents said that the old man was allegedly playing with his pet and suddenly fell, instantly dying. The lifeless body ended up in an uninhabited lot.
It is worth noting that They waited for several hours for the prosecutor and medical examiner, who never arrived. They said they delegated the police to carry out the investigation.
