Decentralized Stage
The Decentralized stage is in charge of the evaluation committees, which are formed in educational institutions and educational management units (UGEL) as appropriate, for the application of the evaluation instruments, the verification of requirements and the right to receive the legal bonuses.
At this stage, the evaluation committees observe the conduct of a learning activity, interview the applicant and assess his or her professional career. Each of these evaluation instruments has a maximum score of 50, 10 and 40 points, respectively. The minimum score required, which is 30 points, is only for classroom observation.
The Decentralized Stage will take place from September 24 to December 16 and the final results will be published on December 19.
Applicants who pass both stages and meet the requirements will be included in the merit lists and will participate in public award ceremonies held by the UGELs and regional education directorates (DRE), so that, based on their score, they will be appointed to a position. The appointment will be effective from March 1, 2025.
