With the purpose of streamline the process of nationalizing food, raw materials and other perishable goods, and in this way, to face the cyber attack suffered by Invima, the Government adopted an extraordinary and temporary procedure for import operations.

The measure, confirmed in circular 1000-001-22 and issued by the Ministry of Health, includes companies with a history of low risk, certified as trustworthy and safe for import operations.

These companies must fill out the Contingency Form that authorizes the transfer, from entry to another site that meets the sanitary conditions for storage.
With the document, the companies agree not to market and distribute the products until they obtain the favorable concept in the physical and documentary inspection, which guarantees that the products meet the required sanitary conditions and that they are fit for consumption.
