The charges against the lawyer arise from images that were broadcast on a well-known television program, in which it is revealed that Peralta had held a video call with Iván Siucho, one of the Siucho brothers who are currently under investigation for alleged money laundering, and Andrés Hurtado, who is accused of being an alleged intermediary between the two.

There is even a photograph showing the popular Andrés Hurtado with the lawyer Elizabeth Peralta Sartur and the investigated Siucho brothers.
